I ordered an arrangement from maisonlafleur.com and it came out so pretty. The whole process was really easy, and the flowers looked fresh with the colors matched together so nicely. It didn’t feel rushed or thrown together at all. I was really happy with how it looked on the table.

"Packaging was really nicely done"
I ordered from maisonlafleur.com and just wanted to share that the packaging was better than I expected. Everything arrived in great shape with no dents, bent corners, or anything looking rushed, which is always a relief when you’re ordering online.

It wasn’t fancy just for the sake of being fancy, but it was neat, sturdy, and clearly packed with some care. If anyone here is wondering whether their items ship safely, I’d say my experience was really solid and I’d feel comfortable ordering again...

"In the end, I didn’t feel great..."
In the end, I didn’t feel great about the deal, even though the products on maisonlafleur.com looked really nice.

I originally went there because the promo banner caught my eye, but the discount code didn’t apply to the items I actually wanted. The annoying part was that I only found that out at checkout, after I’d already spent time adding things to my cart.
I also signed up for the email discount, but it took a while to show up, and by then the price in my cart had changed. It just felt a bit messy and unclear, so the whole discount thing was kind of a letdown for me

They had some decent choices and a few pieces I genuinely liked, especially the simpler styles, but I was hoping for a little more variety. After looking through everything, a couple of the designs started to feel similar, even down to small details like the cuts and colors. It’s not bad at all, I just wish there had been more to choose from

The flowers held up really well and still looked fresh after almost two weeks. I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response, but the bouquet itself was great

"Nice vase, and the accessories are a good bonus"
I’m happy with this vase overall. It feels solid and well made, and the accessories that came with it were nicer than I expected. It does feel a little pricey for what it is, though, maybe that’s just me? Still, it looks good and I don’t regret buying it.

"Good products, but support felt oddly slow"
I actually liked the products on the site, so that part was fine. The support side was where it got annoying. I waited longer than expected for a reply and ended up having to send a follow-up just to get a basic update. Maybe they’re short-staffed, or maybe they just hope people won’t push for answers unless they ask twice, I don’t know. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely frustrating when I just needed a simple bit of help.

I was trying to order a few things, but most of the colors and sizes I liked weren’t actually available. The site made it look like there were still options, but then I’d click on them and see they were out of stock, haha. It was a little frustrating, and I ended up not buying much.

"Sweet birthday flowers, but I’m a little torn"
I ordered these flowers for my sister’s birthday, and they ended up being a nice fit for the day, pretty, simple, and not overly fancy. I usually stick with another flower shop I’ve used for years, so I was kind of hesitant to try somewhere different, but these turned out decent. The delivery was okay, just a little later than I was hoping, which made me a bit nervous. Overall, my sister liked them, so I can’t complain too much
